Find Answers to Your Questions
Browse
You can browse all of the support articles using the menu on the left hand side of the screen. They are arranged into topic areas so if, for example, you wanted to find out everything about Managing Contacts, it's all in one place.
Search
Alternatively you can use the search box below the menu. Just enter your keywords in the box and click Go. This will return a series of articles relevant to the search terms you've entered, just like it does when you use Google.
Some tips for search:
- Use multiple words to narrow your search, eg: setup exchange 2003.
- Search is not case-sensitive. Outlook Mobile Service is the same as outlook mobile service.
- Commonly used words such as the, not, and, and about are ignored
