Our Email SMS product provides standard SMTP and POP3 interfaces. This gives any compliant email system the ability to communicate with the Esendex servers and therefore send text and voice messages and receive replies.
Once you have your email to SMS system set up you can send to group names to notify many contacts at once, or if you save contact names without spaces you can send voice and text messages as you would an email, e.g. a contact stored with a quickname of john.smith can be emailed as john.smith@esendex.net and have the message converted into SMS. Please note; group names and contact names cannot contain spaces if you wish to send to them via email.
