The Account Summary page shows a table that displays statistics for the premium accounts you are assigned to. These statistics include the total messages sent, received and delivered for the month selected. Choose the required month from the list above the table.
Summary Table
The summary table in the centre of the page shows each premium account you are assigned to, grouped into the country where they operate. Each country group has a calculated total for that country, and each row under a country gives the statistics for an account. The estimated revenue displayed here is in the currency of the country the premium account is in.
Each row in the account summary table contains the following information:
- Country
- Shortcode
- Keyword
- Received count
- Sent count
- Delivered count
- Estimated revenue amount
The estimated revenue is calculated using a forecast of the percentage of Delivered messages. This percentage is based on an average of what the network operators commonly pay out on. As such the estimated revenue displayed in these pages should be used for illustrative purposes only. Please see the Notes section for important information about the estimates shown.
Network Breakdown
Selecting an account row from the Account Summary table will give a Network Breakdown of that account for the current month. The columns here are the same as the Account Summary table, but the values are split into each network they were received, sent and delivered on.
Searching
If you are assigned to many premium accounts, it can be difficult to find a specific account you are interested in. In these cases you can search for a shortcode, keyword or country to narrow your search.
To perform a search:
- From the Filter list at the bottom of the table, choose Custom filter
- From the list that appears next to the previous box, choose the table column you wish to search on
- Choose from the next box:
- starts with: if the value you will enter will match the start of the column value
- ends with: to match the end of the column value
- is equal to: for an exact match (not case sensitive)
- contains: to match any values that contain your search
- is empty: to match columns that contain no information
- Enter your search in the text box (if required)
- Click the Filter button
The rows in the table will change to those matching your search criteria.
