How do I access Premium SMS Manager?
Sign into the Esendex Website. From the purple bar along the top of the page, choose Premium SMS.
Why do the outpayments I received not match the values I can see on Premium SMS Manager?
The estimated revenue on Premium SMS Manager is calculated using our forecast of the percentage of messages for which the Mobile Network Operators will make payment and a forecast average outpayment for T-Mobile and Virgin. Your Outpayments are calculated using reconciled data provided after the end of each month by each Mobile Network Operator. Why do the figures not update after I have sent a message?
While Esendex strives to update the statistics as quickly as possible under normal circumstances, a short delay can be experienced in extreme cases when many messages are currently being sent and received. This is no cause for alarm, and the statistics will be updated in due course.
Why is there a discrepancy between my Sent and Delivered counts?
The Sent count shows how many messages we have submitted to the network from a given account. The Delivered count shows how many messages the network has told us have been delivered to the handset. The Account Summary table does not show counts for messages that have failed or expired. The difference between the Sent and Delivered counts cover the number of messages we have submitted, but have not been delivered.
Why is there a difference between my Received and Sent counts?
If you are expecting the Received and Sent counts to be the same, then normally your premium service works by responding to an inbound message with a billable outbound message. If this describes your service, and the counts do not match, then check your auto response is set up correctly. You should set up the first and subsequent responses to go through the premium account.
