Sent Messages

The Sent Messages area allows you to review sent messages, who sent them, when they were sent, what type of message they are, and the delivery status of the messages.

As a default, messages are shown from the previous day through to the current time, page by page. To review a different period, amend the details in the From and To boxes and click Refresh. Click on a message to view the full response. You can also search for messages sent to a specific number within a certain time frame by entering it into the filter box, selecting the date range and clicking on refresh.

Message Status

Status Description
Submitted The message is being processed by our systems.
Connecting The voice call to the handset is being made.
Sent The message has been successfully processed and has been accepted by a network.
Acknowledged The recipient has acknowledged the voice message by pressing 1.
Delivered The recipients handset has confirmed receipt of the message, or for voice, the call was answered and the message read.
Partially Delivered The recipient's handset has confirmed receipt of some parts of a multipart message.
Failed The message wasn't able to be delivered.
Failed Authorisation The message wasn't authorised to be sent. This can occur if you have an evaluation account but are using an API to specify an originator, or for premium rate accounts, the message is being sent to a handset which isn't subscribed to the service.
Expired The networks have not been able to deliver the message to the handset within the specified time.
Rejected The recipient has rejected the voice message without listening to it.
