Email Settings

Email Forwarding

Selecting Email Forwarding allows you to enter either a single email or a comma separated string of addresses to which all received messages will be forwarded. A copy of received messages will still be available in the Messenger Inbox unless you are using a POP3 server. Additional options are:

Delivery Notifications

When a message is sent via the email interface we will forward back the delivery notification when the message hits the handset.

Enable Direct Reply

If a message is sent via email to SMS and the end user replies back, the message is forwarded back to the email address which last sent an email to SMS to that number.

Include Original Message with Direct Reply

As above, but the original text is included in the return message.

Marker Text

This allows email signatures and disclaimers to be stripped of messages. Enter in the first part of the text that you want removing and our system will recognise this and remove the text entered in and anything which follows it when the message is sent through to us.

Reverse Path Authentication

This section allows you to set up reverse path authentication with us directly. Just click on the link and send the email off.

Allow Email Long Messaging

When this is checked you can send email to SMS messages up to 612 characters long.
