AddContacts

Adds the contacts to the account

Parameters
username Your Esendex username
password Your Esendex password
account Your Esendex account reference, usually the inbound number in international format eg: 447777111222
contacts An array of Contact objects

Returns and array of IDs that have been added

Test

The test form is only available for requests from the local machine.
