SendWAPPush

Sends an SMS message containing a WAP Push instruction to the recipient handset.

Parameters
href A URL accessible to the recipient device
text Text used to describe the content to the user

Returns the ID of the message assigned by the Esendex message Server

Test

The test form is only available for requests from the local machine.
